Shaheed’s experience spans manufacturing, logistics, operations, continuous improvement and cross-functional business improvement. His previous roles include work at Hisense, Boltfast and LED Lighting, with responsibility across process engineering, warehouse and logistics performance, planning, performance systems and implementation.
At Xatalyst, that operating experience informs a practical approach: understand the problem in context, set a clear scope and help management put agreed improvements into use.
